We are looking for a Deputy HR Manager for our business partner which is operating in logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing workforce planning, recruitment, training & development, and career planning processes.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to align with business goals.
- Contribute to workforce planning and career development initiatives.
- Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and support strategic HR decision-making.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and coordinate improvement actions.
- Assist in planning and coordinating performance evaluations.
- Support internal corporate communication initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and adaptability.
- Assist in managing corporate media and communication, including press releases, promotional materials, and social media.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and HR policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
- Manage HR-related budgets and report performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, occupational safety, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and HR-related systems.
- Experience in HR analytics, strategic workforce planning, and internal communication.
- Fluent in English.
