We invite you to work as a "Welcoming Hostess" in the Guest Relations department of ourTITANIC LUXURY COLLECTION BODRUM hotel operating in the Muğla/Bodrum region of our TITANIC HOTELS brand, which is an international brand in hotel management.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a hospitable and professional welcome.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to offer welcome drinks and treats.
• Assist guests in completing registration forms accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with Guest Assistants, introducing them to guests and sharing initial guest requests.
• Maintain an impeccable first impression of the hotel, reflecting our luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Turkish, Russian, or English, with at least two languages spoken well.
• Strong hospitality skills, including a welcoming smile and warm demeanor.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, teamwork, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with quick reaction times.
• Ability to stand during the whole shift with short breaks.
