QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least a high school diploma, preferably a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management (Associate’s or Bachelor’s),
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field,
  • Preferably previous experience in luxury segment hotels,
  • Proficient in English,
  • Experienced in service,
  • Strong communication skills and guest satisfaction-oriented,
  • Careful attention to personal appearance and grooming,
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment,
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to the Fethiye region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Describe the dishes and drinks on the menu to guests in an informative way,
  • Accurately take orders and ensure clear communication with the kitchen,
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with the hotel service standards,
  • Provide attentive and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Process payments accurately and in an organized manner.
