As the leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, which has a facility located  in Tuzla; we are looking forward to meeting our new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise and will be responsible for engineering of the phone manufacturing process in our expanding organization as a ‘Testing Engineer’.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

BS Degree or equivalent related experience, Major in Electronics or Computer Science or related,

2-5 years of experience is preferable in an Electronic manufacturing industry, TE work experience is preferred,

Experience with Rohde-Scwarz CMW Series&Anritsu&Agilent equipments calibration and configuration,

Have a solid basic knowledge of electronics and familiar with the linux system,strong hands-on ability and logical analysis ability, able to use analysis tools,

Have the ability of organization, coordination and leadership and good at handling unusual problems,

Must be a self-starter able to work with a minimum of supervision,

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles and practices preferred,

Good English communication and presentation skills (oral and written) are highly preferred,

The successful candidate will have demonstrated abilities in troubleshooting, accountability, decision making and judgment, effective communication and critical thinking,

Male candidates must have completed military service,

Resides on the Asian side (Location is: Tuzla).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Follow the line to deal with production line anomalies, analyze the causes of product anomalies, and introduce temporary and long-term countermeasures in time,

Support definition of test process plans identifying the sequence of required test steps,

Support definition of required tools, instruments, fixtures, software, hardware, interfaces and test chambers required to execute the test process plan,

Responsible for system download, test SOP formulation and issuance, guide staff to work, optimize testing process and improve production efficiency,

Develop tests and generate detailed test procedures including narrative, diagrams and photographs,

Generate detailed troubleshooting guides to aid in the troubleshooting and analysis of the root cause of test failures,

Provide day-to-day test engineering support to the work cell by resolving technician questions, investigating and solving test and/or product performance problems,

Participates actively and effectively in continuous improvement plans related to position responsibilities.
