 Bahçeci Health Group, a pioneering institution in gynecology, obstetrics, infertility, and assisted reproductive technologies, is seeking aTelesales Specialist to join our teams at Fulya and Altunizade Bahçeci IVF Centers.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,

• Preferably with experience in the healthcare sector,

• Proven experience in sales and marketing,

• Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with patients and their families,

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills,

• Strong problem-solving abilities,

• Friendly, dynamic, and professional demeanor with a focus on personal appearance,

• Preferably proficient in English,

• Team player with a collaborative mindset,

• Responsible, detail-oriented, meticulous, and disciplined.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contacting prospective patients via phone and providing detailed information about         gynecological consultations, prenatal care, IVF treatments, and other related services     offered at our clinics,

• Explaining IVF treatment procedures and pricing to patients,

• Engaging in professional conversations to convert inquiries into appointments, ensuring patients are scheduled with the appropriate doctor.
