Heinemann, experienced in the operation of TAV Airports and tax-free sales outlets, with a forward vision of the modern airport operations. From a modest beginning with an 80 sqm store in Istanbul, ATU today operates over 27,000 square meters of retail space in 21 airports, 1 cruise port, spanning 7 countries around the world. We are looking for a "Team Leader" to be assigned in our Antalya Operation.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably from the faculty of economics and administrative sciences
- Proficient in English (Mastery of a second language including Russian/German/Arabic is preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail sector
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Developed leadership skills, minimum 3 years of experience in team management
- Strong communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented work approach
- Developed analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
- Being able to adapt to shift work system
Job Description
- Managing the store’s daily operations and developing strategies to reach sales targets
- Managing the team’s daily work processes, setting performance targets, and strengthening team communication
- Maximizing customer satisfaction, resolving possible negative situations quickly and effectively
- Maintaining stock management, store order, and visual arrangement standards
- Preparing sales reports and conducting performance analyses
- Ensuring the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Developing and implementing projects to increase store performance
