General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in an international FMCG/Retail company.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Turkish.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Highly skilled in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail, capable of identifying accuracy and consistency between data.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, results-oriented.
- Experience in using ERP systems.
- Experienced in industrial procurement.
Job Description
- Obtain offers based on the required products, raw materials, packaging, spare parts, consumables, and services; perform cost analysis and evaluate the offers.
- Identify suppliers based on quality, technical suitability, and optimum procurement time.
- Work on alternative approved suppliers and their development.
- Oversee and control the entire purchasing process from order to shipment and invoicing, track inventory entry, and manage procurement coordination in case of additional needs.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce purchasing costs by analyzing the entire supply chain process.
- Create purchasing reports and supplier performance evaluations.
