We are looking for a "Strategic Plan. and Business Dev. Specialist" to be a part of "Strategic Planning and Business Development" team of Çelebi Havacılık Holding, located in Ümraniye İstanbul.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or similar roles, ideally within aviation services or a related industry.
• Very good command of written and verbal English,
• Strong analytical and verbal skills,
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for analyzing and presenting complex datasets.
• High internal motivation,
• Experience in MS Office tools,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

What will be your responsibilities?

As a part of the Strategic Planning and Business Development team:

• Conduct in-depth research on emerging markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Gather and analyze data on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Track competitors’ strategies, products, and market share, providing periodic updates and strategic recommendations.
• Develop financial models to evaluate potential projects, investments, and partnerships, supporting decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, finance, legal, and marketing teams to support various aspects of business development projects.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for business development initiatives, including project proposals, financial assessments, and strategic reports.
• Presentation of Insights: Present research findings, analysis, and recommendations effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and assist in preparing reports on project milestones, risks, and outcomes.
