**About the Role:**

As a **Shop Operator**, you will be the heart of our store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, outstanding customer service, and team success. You’ll oversee everything from staff management to sales growth while maintaining **Chatime’s** high-quality standards.

**What You’ll Do:**

**Manage daily store operations** (opening/closing, inventory, cash handling).

**Lead & train a team**, creating a positive and productive work environment.

**Deliver exceptional customer service** and handle feedback professionally.

**Drive sales** through promotions and excellent beverage preparation.

**Ensure compliance** with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.

**What We’re Looking For:**

**2+ years of experience in F&B, retail, or café management (bubble tea/QSR experience is a plus!).

**Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

**Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

**Basic financial & inventory management knowledge.

**Flexibility** to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Intermediate English* (Training will be given in HQ in Taiwan).
