Job Description:

• Taking an active role in the implementation, monitoring, recording and development of relevant production processes in accordance with GMP standards,
• To ensure that preparation for production, production and post-production activities are carried out in accordance with the rules and without errors during the shift,
• To distribute the tasks of the blue-collar personnel in their shifts and departments, to monitor and report their performances,
• To prepare and revise general and equipment-specific SOPs,
• To prepare production procedures and revise them in accordance with validation reports,
• Controlling production records completely and being responsible for their transmission to the quality department,
• To ensure that production machines are used in the most efficient way,
• Taking an active role in improvement projects related to production,
• Taking an active role in new product transfers and trials, Fulfilling procedures with the immediate superior in case of change control, deviation and CAPA Procedures

 Requirements:

• Graduated from the Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering departments of universities
• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or food industry,
• Knows GMP rules, has studied GMP rules in the field
• Have good command of English language,
• Proficient in MS Office programs, preferably knowing how to use SAP,
• To be able to stay in Lüleburgaz,
• Has time management, planning, organization and follow-up skills.
