Sales Trainer 

 Job description 

 This position requires somebody with passion in developing people from zero to hero in edtech product and telesales training. The candidate must have proven track record in telesales and in training formally new telesales and upskilling current telesales representatives. 

  Responsibilities 

 1. Responsible for telesales training, product training and practical training for new and existing telesales representatives 

 2. Responsible for follow-up and skills improvement training within 1 month after new telesales join the team 

 3. Conduct orientation to sales process, develop individual coaching plans, provide resources and assistance, and schedule orientation along with Sales Leader 

 4. Conduct exercise sessions for new and current sales representatives 

 5. Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions 

 6. Coordinate with other sales trainers and sales managers from other sites. 

 7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications 

  Qualifications 

 1. Bachelor degree in any field; 

 2. More than 3 years of telesales and training experience; 

 3. Background experience in the edtech/education industry, tech start up, insurance is a plus 

 4. Clear logic, active thinking, good communication and expression skills, self-driven 5. Able to communicate fluently in both Turkish and English.
