Strategic Planning and Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to increase market share.
- Establish short- and long-term goals for the corporate segment and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive proactive sales efforts to attract corporate business from both local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, Accor Key Account Managers, and travel management companies (TMCs).
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and, where applicable, site inspections to showcase the property’s value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials for the corporate segment.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote properties and strengthen brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to enhance online visibility and reach for corporate clientele.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, finance, reservations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to build trust and alignment.
- Provide regular updates and reports on corporate activities, performance, and market insights to the DOS, DOSM, and GM.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Customer Experience and Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring long-term loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a seamless and consistent client experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales or business travel sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel trends, TMCs, and global distribution systems (GDS).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in sales-related technology tools.
