We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional guest experience at our luxury, internationally renowned hotel.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Front Office department, preferably in a five-star international hotel
• Fluent in the local language (both written and spoken)
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Additional language skills are a plus (Russian and German preferred)
• Experience in luxury hospitality
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in hotel operations and Opera/Fidelio PMS
• Knowledge of hotel products and services
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience
• Process payments, verify transactions, and ensure accurate financial records
• Perform nightly audits, balance all services, and back up the property management system
• Maintain room inventory and update reservations accordingly
• Communicate important shift details to the Front Office team
• Manage phone calls, emails, and guest correspondence in a professional manner
• Stay updated on competitor hotels’ offerings and services
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
• Ensure all guest and administrative paperwork is processed on time
• Verify and process credit card transactions following company policies
• Generate, review, and distribute daily and weekly reports
• Provide exceptional guest assistance while strictly adhering to Front Office procedures and standards
• Participate in training programs as needed
