Now we are looking for a ’Reporting Assistant Specialist’ who would like to be the part of this great team!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from a university, preferably in Maritime Business and Administration, International Trade or Logistics,
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must (additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are preferable),
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.),
- Working knowledge of TOS (Terminal Operating System) is a plus (preferably Navis),
- A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description,
- Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
- Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach,
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks per deadlines,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels,
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills combined with good counselling and listening skills,
- Willing and able to work in shifts,
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Reporting and Analysis Manager of Yılport Holding, the responsibilities of Reporting Assistant Specialist be as follows:
- Effectively collect data from system and other departments in order to prepare monthly, shiftly, daily status and performance reports for all terminals,
- Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reports that are in line with Global Logistics Center’s strategy,
- Prepare the key performance indicators (KPIs) that support the measurable goals of the Global Logistics Center,
- Retrieve and utilize information from the Navis system and manage the EDI files accordingly.
