QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering).
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Preferably one year of experience in procurement and commercial matters.
• Open to continuous improvement and change, with strong communication skills.
• Outgoing and social personality with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
• Knowledge of process management.
• Proficient in ERP applications.
• Suitable for teamwork.
• High follow-up ability, concentration, and work-oriented approach.
• Preferably knowledgeable about quality systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Actively able to drive a vehicle.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.
• Residing or willing to reside in Tekirdağ Çorlu.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Actively participating in all semi-finished product procurement processes of the company.
• Tracking work progress to achieve the determined shipment performance targets.
• Evaluating weekly procurement orders, issuing them to suppliers, and conducting daily follow-ups.
• Creating supplier shipment plans and improving the raw material and semi-finished product procurement process by ensuring that suppliers make complete and timely deliveries.
• Collaborating with the planning and logistics departments to take actions against bottlenecks or potential issues.
• Collecting and archiving performance evaluation reports of service providers from relevant departments.
• Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports to the superior.
