Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure projects are completed on time in alignment with OXXO’s goals.
• Manage the planning integration processes for new online marketplaces.
• Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to track progress, manage potential risks, and address changes.
• Develop existing international marketplaces and launch new ones.
• Optimize product listing, content management, and pricing processes.
• Conduct competitive analysis to improve marketplace performance and increase visibility.
• Manage and analyze marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Oversee and develop OXXO’s international monobrand online sales channels.
• Ensure integration with payment and logistics providers.
• Monitor and report international sales invoices.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
• Analyze online and B2B sales channels in Turkey and implement necessary improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. 
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, IT project management, or customer management (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or international marketplace management).
• Must have managed at least one project from start to finish.
• Preferably possessing moderate SQL knowledge.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate between teams.
• Advanced level of English.
