- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Successful in time management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and able to keep up with a high workload.
- Advanced knowledge of English.

- Able to read technical drawings and specifications, familiar with international standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and representation skills.

Job Descriptions
- Ensuring coordination between the customer and all relevant departments to achieve project completion on time, within budget, in quality, and according to specifications.
- Tracking and managing the project status and progress, overseeing the team, and completing project progress reports.
- Monitoring project deliverables, verifying compliance with the project plan, tracking performance metrics, identifying issues, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Conducting project management processes (kick-off meetings, specification meetings, planning, periodic progress reports, milestone meetings, stakeholder management, risk management).
- Leading and supporting the project team and stakeholders in implementing project management processes.
- Communicating effectively with project stakeholders (department managers, customers, team members, and other relevant parties), understanding their expectations, and keeping them regularly informed about project progress.
- Engaging with the customer for requests and revisions, sharing customer requests and suggestions with technical teams, and ensuring changes comply with the contract and specifications.
- Ensuring that project documentation is created and maintained properly by relevant team members.
- Identifying and controlling situations that could disrupt the project plan and business continuity, taking measures to mitigate their impact, and preparing and implementing alternative plans.
