Döhler Turkey is looking for an "Project Engineer" to be employed in our"Karaman Plant" with the following qualifications;

Your Role

• Frame and align the project objectives with the project sponsor, stakeholders and team,
• Develop a well-defined scope of work and execution plan that meets business goals,
• Prepares and reviews project scope statement, communication plan, change request management, Gann Chart and other required supporting documents with related teams,
• Lead all engineering activities, (Layouts, P&ID’s, Process Design, Project Schedule)
• Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings,
• Coordinate and assist construction activities and contractors, (project execution, fieldwork of contractors, commissioning)
• Assists and leads project team to be ready for commissioning and vertical start-up,
• Arrange project evaluation including lessons learned, close the project after all related activities are done, 
• Work in accordance to Döhler project management standards, guidelines, processes, methodologies and systems.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering,
• Having Project Management experience
• At least 2 years Project Management experience,
• Good knowledge Autocad, MS Project, Revit and SketchUp,
• Having driving licence,
• Able to travel without restrictions,
• Compatible with flexible working hours,
• Preferably residing in or able to reside in Balıkesir,
• Able to work harmoniously and efficiently within a team,
• Having developed effective communication skills,
• Able to think analytically with a curious perspective.
