Main Activities

• Follow-up the daily production and deliveries/commitment
• Upload MRP Plan to SAP and follow up (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly)
• FPP Weekly Plan management with Production and sales team
• FPP and Chicken Stock policy update and min/max stock follow up accordingly
• Ensure that the information about capacities & efficiency are updated and aligned with Agro and Production departments
• Monitor the daily, weekly and monthly demand, make comparisons vs historical data and future estimations.
• Owner of the S&OP & Planning process, leading and connecting the unrestricted demand plan and integrated reconciliation. Ensuring all necessary feeder meetings calendars are aligned to the timing of the S&OP calendars, example inventory & capacity reviews.
• For all S&OP meetings, provide guidance on running scenarios that impact the business plan
• Assist in the coordination of all planning activities including direct support, coordination, collation of information, reporting, data analysis and proposing procedure changes to improve processes
• Guarantee that the information about capacities & efficiency are updated and aligned with Agro and Production departments

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Admin or equivalent
• Min 3 years of experience is required in related areas
• Good level of English

• Good commands in MS Office and SAP
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Knowledge about Sales & Operational Planning
• Good at problem solving
