We are seeking a Plastic Injection Production Engineer for our global business partner in the automotive sector, for whom we manage the recruitment process.

Job Description

Manage and develop plastic injection production processes,

Ensure the efficient use of existing injection molding machines,

Provide technical knowledge on mold and production processes to drive improvements,

Ensure process management by adhering to production methods and quality standards,

Analyze defects occurring during production and implement corrective measures,

Improve production processes by applying Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies,

Minimize production errors through proper documentation and reporting,

Oversee quality control processes and conduct compliance testing.

Requirements

Hold a degree in engineering from a recognized university.

Be fluent in both spoken and written English.

Have a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Have knowledge of plastic injection production, machinery, molds, and processes.

Be able to read technical drawings and be proficient in production processes.

Be experienced in process management and documentation processes.

Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Have a high sense of responsibility and strong follow-up skills.

Have no travel restrictions.
