QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Degree in Veterinary, Business, Marketing or related fields
- At least 2-5 years experience in Pet food sales/businesses or related, with strategic thinking and high leadership skill
- Experience in Modern trade sales is a plus
- Understanding of marketing tools, sale distribution channel, well knowledge and experience of import and export processes in Turkey, techniques at the point of sales is a plus
- Highly responsible, good interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, result oriented
- Good command in English (listening, speaking, and writing)
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (words, excel, and powerpoint)
- Candidate must be based in Istanbul area and possess a valid driving licence
- Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements
Job Description:
- Implementing sale plan to meet agreed targets
- Identifying the customer’s need and to deploy customer engagement plan
- Developing commercial relationships with key customers
- Evaluating marketing campaigns and budgets requesting by distributors
- Collecting and preparing Monthly Sales data (of distributors) and updated market situation
- Updating and summarizing the competitors activities, ie. new product, new promotion, margin
- Searching for the prospect customers and increasing the business with existing customers
- Managing Planogram and merchandising display in the customer’s store
- Other duties as assigned
