Payout Reporting Specialist 

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced professional to join our dynamic team, responsible for data processing, payout calculation, payroll support, invoice verification, and reporting. Fluency in English is mandatory. 

Location: Istanbul / Ataşehir 
Work Type: Hybrid (minimum 2 days at the office) 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree 
• Experience in working with complex data sets: cleaning, validating, analyzing, and reporting 
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools 
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) 
• Strong team player with effective communication skills 
• Solution-oriented, responsible, and proactive 
• Preferably experienced in the BPO / call center industry 
• Basic knowledge of payroll preparation is a plus 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Cleaning, validating, and structuring data obtained from client systems and internal sources for analysis 
•  Preparing and consolidating the data required for calculating payouts of both freelancers and payroll employees, in coordination with relevant departments 
•  Managing payout reconciliation processes and responding to related queries 
•  Controlling invoice amounts and performing both system-based and operational validations 
•  Preparing payout and invoice reports in payment-ready formats 
•  Creating operational, financial, and performance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis 
•  Ensuring data consistency and developing automation processes using Excel tools 
•  Proposing improvements to increase process efficiency
