We are looking for an Operations Support Engineer for our business partner in the energy sector.

Job description

Ensure and support the storage activities at Terminal Marine and Shore Operations.

Follow daily-monthly operational reports, check throughput activities, vessel and truck schedule.

Contact with customers for all operational actions, nominations, appointments, and terminal tank allocation planning.

Give clearance on products convenience for storage.

Work on demurrage requests.

Ensure the preparation the necessary documentations for all the cargo transfers, in and out activities at jetty.

To arrange the invoicing related operational matters.

Prepare all the necessary information on vessel activities requested by other departments.

To support the preparation of throughput contracts with customers.

Requirements

Graduated from Chemical Engineering, Petroleum  Natural Gas Engineering or Departments of Maritime Faculty.

Candidates who are experienced or willing to gain experience in the petroleum sector

Excellent command in English. (both written  spoken)

Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Very strong communication skills.

Provide inspired leadership, develop and manage team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good planning skills and reviews processes.

Proactive and result oriented.

Ability to assign and handle multiple tasks.

Ability to interact professionally with top management and work under stress.

Flexible in working hours.

Having a driving license.

Completed military service for male candidates.
