JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Following the marketing plan within the scope of the marketing budget.
  • Providing outmost possible support to identify necessary actions of existing customer data with analytical perspective by analyzing criterias such as promotion, collection, complain, cross-selling activities.
  • Contributing to manage customer loyalty program
  • Role Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensuring outmost possible sector, product, servce and campaign, marketing budget
  • Brand Awareness & rNPS results
  • Awareness of Loyalty program

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Studying at Economy, Business Administration or Engineering departments.
  • At least B2 level of command of verbal and written English,
  • Able to work minimum 3 days a week
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications,
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow-up capabilities,              
  • Strong communication skills and high energy and motivation to work in a challenging environment,
