We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to oversee the development, marketing, and lifecycle management of furniture panels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in wood-based panels, MDF, veneer, and laminates, with a background in product strategy, market research, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Management:

  • Execute the product strategy for furniture panels, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and design teams to develop innovative and high-quality panel solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, sustainability regulations, and quality certifications.
  • Manage cost structures to maintain profitability and cost competitiveness.
  • Develop marketing materials, including product catalogs, brochures, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and online content.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze competitor products and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Gather and interpret customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.

Sales & Marketing Coordination:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Provide technical product training and support to sales teams and distributors.
  • Strategize and execute sample creation and inventory management. 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering and Industrial Design.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the furniture or wood-based panels industry.
  • Strong understanding of MDF, veneer, laminates, and other engineered wood materials.
  • Experience in pricing strategies, market research, and B2B marketing.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams (R&D, sales, marketing, manufacturing).
  • Have customer centric behavior.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
