We are seeking a committed and well-organized Junior Assistant. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Description:
• Organizing the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Coordinating and preparing meeting materials such as reports, agendas, and presentations.
• Prioritizing and screening all incoming correspondence, including mail, calls, and emails.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the executive, ensuring all communications are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
• Performing administrative duties when necessary, with flexibility to be available as required.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English
• Strong command of Turkish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional manner.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, email platforms, and scheduling tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and manage tasks independently.
