QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree from related disciplines,
• At least 2 years experience in IT support,
• Excellent English skills both written and oral,
• Have knowedge and experience with MS Office Tools, Nebim V3 ERP and Microsoft SQL Server softwares,
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identifying needs of international stores related with information technologies field and following buying processes,
• Executing test and running processes of new international stores openings,
• Following the integration processes of international stores and taking actions requiered,
• Following daily sales of international stores,
• Fixing the errors of sales in related system,
• Completing requests by solving in SLA time,
• Executing network, structure, setup and cable proccesses of international stores,
• Supporting users with remote connection when it needed,
• Supporting to solve L1 level problems of ERP softwares
