Nordex Group, a globally leading international wind turbine manufacturer operating in many countries around the world, is looking for a IT Help Desk to join our teams in İstanbul. In this role, you will work as an external employee.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Assist with user account management and access control
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain IT support procedures and knowledge base articles

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support or help desk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
