Nordex Group, a globally leading international wind turbine manufacturer operating in many countries around the world, is looking for a IT Help Desk to join our teams in İstanbul. In this role, you will work as an external employee.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain IT support procedures and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or help desk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
