Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
- Proficiency in advanced English and Second language, preferably Russian, will be preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in international wholesale operations,
- Having a sales portfolio is a must,
- Strong analytical thinking skills,
- Customer-focused with excellent and proactive communication skills,
- High persuasion and negotiation abilities,
- Having a commercial mindset to identify sales opportunities,
- Effective organizational and planning skills,
- No restrictions on travel.
Job Description:
- Developing and implementing new strategies to expand international wholesale markets in line with the company’s goals. Ensuring alignment with teams and monitoring progress,
- Identifying and managing existing international wholesale channels,
- Evaluating and ensuring the accuracy of reports prepared in the wholesale field,
- Strengthening commercial relationships by maintaining effective communication with international wholesalers,
- Monitoring, analyzing, and tracking the performance of international wholesale operations,
- Coordinating all operations and orders for key accounts, including forecasting, status updates, and providing sales-related information,
- Supporting the planning and execution of operational business plans through forecasts, product selection/purchasing, conceptual selling, and reporting,
- Providing consultancy for key account management, including data analysis, sales coordination, delivery, and after-sales services,
- Planning and organizing order meetings for spring-summer and autumn-winter seasons,
- Following up on payments and ensuring timely collections,
- To work in coordination with stock management and product planning teams and to follow company dynamics continuously.
- Effectively managing stock levels and ensuring optimal inventory control.
