QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "INTERNATIONAL HR TRAINING RESPONSIBLE" who will be a part of OXXO, which reaches its customers with more than 60 stores in 20 countries and continues to grow day by day.
*Candidates who have completed the Management Trainee program, specially prepared for human resources, will continue with the title of "HR Training Responsible" in our stores.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from Sociology, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering, Educational Sciences departments of universities
• Have knowledge in the fields of education and development (educational needs analysis, training design/implementation/measurement and evaluation)
• Have knowledge about sales, management and leadership training/development programs, preparing and explaining trainings preferred
• Closely following educational technologies
• Understanding the dynamics of retail
• Human Resources Management/Coaching certificate preferred
• Fluent in English/Arabic/Russian
• Proficient in using MS Office programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• No travel restrictions
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Determine the training and development needs of the positions she/he is responsible for
• Identifying administrative, behavioral and personal development training needs
• Preparing training according to the determined needs, presenting the training and evaluating
• Identifying internal and external training resources and including them in training plans, requesting/following up the necessary organization and documentation processes,
• To have a knowledge about dynamics in the store and to provide training according to the needs
