• University degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical-Electronics Engineering
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Min 3 years experience in a production company 
• Strong multi-tasking,  problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work closely and collaboratively with the other departments
• Strong communication skills with blue collar
• Living/willing to live in/close to Çorlu, Çerkezköy
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
• General understanding for automation systems
• Knowledge on PLC and SCADA systems (Siemens PLC&HMI’s, Tia Portal and SIMATIC PCS7 control system advantage)
• Knowledge on AC Motor, Motor Drives and servo systems (Siemens Drive system is advantage)
• Knowledge about MCC and Control Panels and all associated equipment
• Knowledge on Pneumatic Systems
• Knowledge about TPM activities and fault root cause analysis
