We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist for our International Company.
· Bachelor’s degree in related field,
· Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken),
· At least three years experience in recruitment,
· Develop and implement leadership development, organizational development and performance,
· Ability to set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a good team player,
· Has good knowledge of labor law,
· Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
· Analytical thinker, result oriented and persuasive,
· No military obligation for male candidates.
· Prepare job advertisements, conducting telephone interviews and job interviews,
· Execute the recruitment strategy,
· Implementing Human Resources procedures in line with company’s procedures,
· Coordinate the recruiting process for various positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire,
· Manage interview schedule and provide new hire orientation,
· Planning and preparation of training groups.
