Job Description

  • Establishing HR Employee Budget, following up actual amounts monthly
  • Working as HR Business Partner: Career Planning and Talent Development Process Leader (Managing high-potential employee pool, back-up lists, leadership development trainings etc.)
  • Managing Onboarding and Training activities 
  • Managing recruitment and replacement (Internal replacements, rotation process and participating interviews for external positions)
  • Managing industrial relations activities; collective union agreement negotiations, employee representative & union meetings
  • Being responsible for complying with Local Labor Law at plant
  • Keep tracking employee satisfaction
  • Managing performance evaluation processes
  • Managing Data Protection and KVKK (GDPR) related processes
  • Participating audits (IATF, ISO 27001, customer audits etc.)
  • KPI Management and Reporting (Training, working hours, absenteeism etc.)
  • Managing administrative issues (security, catering, cleaning, subcontractor employees)

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering or related discipline
  • 5 or more years of professional experience in various HR functions
  • 2 years or more cross functional experience e.g. in controlling, quality, cross business area move or external company experience
  • Initial experience in rubber and plastic production processes
  • Experience in HR processes (e.g. staffing, organizational development)
  • Experience in managing a cost budget
  • Knowledge of local legal framework (e.g. taxes, labor law, contracts)
  • Experience in working with international teams on HR topics and understanding of foreign cultures
  • Proficient in English
