We are looking for a temporary "HR Business Partner" to join our team in Tuzla, Istanbul.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology and Social Sciences areas of study or other related disciplines,
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources,
  • Good communication and organization skills,
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with focus in details,
  • Problem solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment,
  • Good computer skills, preferablywith knowledge of SAP,
  • Fluency in written and spoken English,
  • Knowledge in Turkish Labor Law and its applications,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The new team member will take responsibility in the following processes:

  • Recruitment of administrative staff; working with line managers for better understanding of the recruitment needs, role profiles and competencies,
  • Providing support for the units he/she is responsible for, in staff planning, orientation, training and development, talent management and backup processes,
  • Managing employee relations and communication in the units he/she is responsible for,
  • Informing employees about HR processes and answering their questions,
  • Optimizing and continually developing relationships with departments and providing proactive functional support to them,
  • Providing a professional HR service within general policies and professional standards in order to support the effective provision of high quality HR services across the university,
  • Providing support to employee engagement activities by generating new ideas or organizing the existing ones; and designing new activities for stronger internal communication within the organization,
  • Carrying out onboarding process (the process after the employee accepts the offer) and Offboarding process (warning letters, directing the manager, etc)
  • Ensuring the monitoring of annual periodic performance evaluation practices throughout the year,
  • Collecting data to determine development needs and carry out improvement activities by conducting routine interviews with employees.
  • Providing support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annually HR related reports.
