Guest Relations Agent

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
• Review reservations and proactively communicate with guests before arrival
• Handle check-ins, special requests, and guest inquiries with a personalized touch
• Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience by providing top-tier service
• Efficiently resolve guest concerns with creativity and practical solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hotel Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or hotel operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—warm, welcoming, and professional
• Fluent in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus!)
• Experience with Fidelio-Opera systems & MS Office
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Ability to handle guest complaints efficiently and elevate service quality
