QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Your experience and skills include;
- Graduated from the relevant departments of the University or Vocational School,
- 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Able to communicate well in English,
- Able to use Ms Office programs,
- strong in communication,
- Management, organization and planning skills,
- Open to innovation and self-development,
- Preferably with Accor experience.
What you will be doing:
- Analyzing and reporting guest satisfaction information,
- Welcoming guests and promoting the company’s products and services,
- Receiving, recording and tracking guest service requests,
- Resolving the issue and taking relevant actions in cases such as requests, problems, complaints or satisfaction of the guests,
- Checking the rooms of VIP guests, the condition of the room and its amenities before the guests arrive, to ensure that there are no deficiencies or disruptions,
