QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your experience and skills include;

  • Graduated from the relevant departments of the University or Vocational School,
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position, 
  • Able to communicate well in English,
  • Able to use Ms Office programs, 
  • strong in communication, 
  • Management, organization and planning skills, 
  • Open to innovation and self-development, 
  • Preferably with Accor experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyzing and reporting guest satisfaction information,
  • Welcoming guests and promoting the company’s products and services,
  • Receiving, recording and tracking guest service requests, 
  • Resolving the issue and taking relevant actions in cases such as requests, problems, complaints or satisfaction of the guests,
  • Checking the rooms of VIP guests, the condition of the room and its amenities before the guests arrive, to ensure that there are no deficiencies or disruptions,
