Job Description:
• Oversee front office operations during the assigned shift to ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise and support the reception team, ensuring excellent guest service
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage guest requests, special requirements, and resolve complaints professionally
• Supervise reservations and room allocation processes
• Prepare daily reports and cash handling, ensuring accuracy
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless hotel operations
Qualifications:
• Degree in Tourism & Hospitality (preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office operations
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with MS Office and hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
• Strong guest service skills and problem-solving abilities
• Team player with leadership qualities
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
