Cactus Group Hotels is committed to providing exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-orientedFront Office Agent to join our team and help create memorable stays for our guests.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Manage online, phone, and in-person room reservations.
  • Accurately enter and maintain guest data in the reservation system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries regarding room availability, pricing, and hotel amenities.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and handle billing-related tasks.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain organized records through effective filing and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Russian (both spoken and written).
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Fidelio (or similar resort check-in software) and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professionalism: Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong abilities in filing, reporting, and time management.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Motivated & Open to Learning: Highly driven, dynamic, and eager to develop new skills.
