Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage online, phone, and in-person room reservations.
- Accurately enter and maintain guest data in the reservation system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries regarding room availability, pricing, and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and handle billing-related tasks.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain organized records through effective filing and reporting.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Russian (both spoken and written).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Fidelio (or similar resort check-in software) and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professionalism: Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Organizational Skills: Strong abilities in filing, reporting, and time management.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Motivated & Open to Learning: Highly driven, dynamic, and eager to develop new skills.
