Student Success (Telesales Representative)Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers to introduce relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or promotions.
  • Identify upselling opportunities by understanding customer preferences and usage patterns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and overcome objections professionally.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Highly self-driven and motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
