Student Success (Telesales Representative)Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers to introduce relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or promotions.
- Identify upselling opportunities by understanding customer preferences and usage patterns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and overcome objections professionally.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Highly self-driven and motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
