QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from a related department in a reputable university
- Fluent in English and Russian
- An educational background in marketing, sales, business administration and management will be an asset
- Min. 6-8 years experience in distributor management and dealers of industrial products.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficient computer skills in (to maintain and update various kinds of reports).
- Strong leadership,communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical minded, result oriented, self-drive, stress-resistant and good at teamwork
- No obstacles for travelling and ability to organize multi trips at long distances with excellent time management and organization skills
- Job Description
- Systematic development of sales in the related territory
- Defining sales strategy for the market, finding new customers and dealers, planning actions for achieving sales targets, improving market share and sales volume for the assigned market
- Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and activities
- Supervise related territory distributors and perform regular visits to all sites
- Sharing action plans for growing the impact on sales activities
- Attending fairs abroad when required
- Forecast all sales volume for related market and maintain knowledge on all product range
- Prepare territory budgets and recommend it appropriate distributors at assign regions
- Analyze all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio
- Develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with all clients
- Plan and manage marketing activities and expand the brand awareness within their territory
- Recognise the customer needs and requirements and respond to them with appropriate solutions
- Monitor weekly/monthly sales data and report to the management
