Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field,
  • At least 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant position,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office,
  • Experienced in planning, reporting and archiving,
  • Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.

 

Job Description

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and prepare agendas,
  • Assist in organizing company meetings,
  • Coordinate travel arrangements,
  • Prepare various reports, presentations, research, or provide support in the preparation, if necessary,
  • Help executive to do his work effectively and within the optimum time schedule by performing various tasks that the executives needs and wants.
