- At least 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant position,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Experienced in planning, reporting and archiving,
- Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.
Job Description
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and prepare agendas,
- Assist in organizing company meetings,
- Coordinate travel arrangements,
- Prepare various reports, presentations, research, or provide support in the preparation, if necessary,
- Help executive to do his work effectively and within the optimum time schedule by performing various tasks that the executives needs and wants.
