Döhler Turkey is looking for a "Demand Planning Specialist" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with the following qualifications;

Your Role

• Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager,
• Performing monthly S&OP reviews meetings & controlling and revise monthly FCs with line managers based on customers & products,
• Working with the foreign regions  to improve forecasting overall and following FA by using IBP system and contribute to be in line with the targets,
• Maintain productive working communications with the cross functional teams such as Sales, Planning, Business units, Customer Services, etc.,
• Continuously standardising and optimising processes and organisational structures and initiating corresponding measures,
• Defining, implementing and ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces,
• Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company’s internal IT systems,
• Monitoring medium-term changes in demand/trend recognition (raw materials and final products),
• Analysing and interpreting forecasts with a particular focus on the supply chain,
• Continuously optimising of the system environment. 

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering,
• Having accurate, flexible thinking, time management skills, high analytical skills are very important,
• Strong communication skills and a good team player,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related industry,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and SAP,
• Strong knowledge of S&OP Cycles,
• Proficiency in Excel,
• Knowledge of SAP IBP is an advantage,
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Living or able to live in İstanbul/Izmir
