Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a keen understanding of client needs and the ability to foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and build strong relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and areas for expansion.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote its services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales, preferably in the Shipbuilding industry
• Proven track record of sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken form
