We are looking for a "Customer Service Team Leader" for our global business partner in industrial solutions sector.
Job Description:
- Lead, motivate, and support the customer service team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with B2B customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee order management, delivery processes, and customer requests to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.
- Utilize SAP and CRM systems effectively to track customer data and optimize service processes.
- Define, monitor, and improve key customer service KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the customer service team.
- Analyze market and customer trends to develop strategies for improving service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B customer service management.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Advanced level of English skills both verbal and written,
