We are looking for a “FINANCIAL CONTROLLING RESPONSIBLE” for Continental - ContiTech which is a global and multinational company in the automotive industry located in Bursa with the following qualifications.
· At least Bachelor Degree in Economics (Accounting, Controlling, Business administration);
· Good PC skills and knowledge (SAP - CO module is mandatory, SAP – FI module is a plus)
· Moderate knowledge in IFRS, GAAP, finance and cost accounting system;
· Fluent in English – mandatory; German language – advantage;
· 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling functions (Automotive industry - advantage); additional accounting experience is an advantage;
· Well organized person, team player, strong communication skills;
· Ability to work flexible and innovative even under pressure and with deadlines;
· Analytical thinking, attention to details, problem-solving attitude;
· No restrictions for travel;
· Resident in Bursa or to be able to relocate.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Responsible for month end closing activities and preparation of financial reporting packages according to company requirements;
· Preparing monthly reporting balance sheet, income and other financial statements based on legal and internal requirements;
· Preparation of Forecast/ Budget and offering support to departments for calculating FC/ Budget;
· Interpretation of results and offering possible explanations to the management team regarding the deviations vs Budget / FC;
· Preparation of monthly cost variance reports
· Further developing the cost accounting incl. cost center accounting for the company;
· Continuous tracking of the key performance indicators;
· Monitoring of risks and factors influencing business performance and recommendation of corrective actions for achieving the targets;
· Supporting Key Account Management in tender offers, calculating product costs by using SAP figures;
· Maintaining/updating the data in the SAP system for all cost issues;
· Preparing and improving cost system and profitability analyses of company’s structure;
· Proactive communication with other departments, with the management team and with stakeholders from other group companies;
· Support improvement of Working Capital.
