Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience,
• Analytical thinking skills, practical and solution oriented,
• Advanced planning, organizing and negotiation skills,
• Good command of English,
Basic Functions:
• Taking part in Buyer group product development processes,
• Have a good understanding consumer demands and a good feeling of “bestseller trends”,
• Identifying customers’ demands, preferences and expectations then preparing collections accordingly,
• Conducting customer and competitor researches and analysis, adapting the findings on buying actions,
• Providing all communication between supplier and HQ during production process,
• Capable of supplying product from suppliers at expected quality, within expected deadline and at affordable prices,
• Monitoring the sales of products, visiting suppliers,
• Order and production tracking (deadline, quality and standards),
• Conducting quality and product development studies with suppliers,
• Preparing reports by reviewing sales performance indicators regularly,
• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and searching for appropriate resources for new products.
