We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “Butler” to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul.

Responsibilities:

• A butler plays an important role among a team of professionals who strive to a offer a high level of personalized service and to act as the hotels main point of contact for our guests,
• Meet guests when arriving and getting them settled in their rooms,
• Anticipate guests needs by learning their preferences, dislikes, etc,
• Serves meals and pour drinks,
• Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned the most convenient time for guests,
• Keep up -to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene,
• Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor.

Qualifications:

• University degree,
• At least 1 years of experience in the position of Butler,
• Team Oriented,
• Fluent in English,
• Strong internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Organizational skills,
