Features That The Candidate Should Have:

Major responsibility of the department is to receive all in-house and outside telephone calls and this is a full-time on-site Butler role at Maxx Royal Resorts in Bodrum. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing personalized and attentive services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay in the villas. Your day-to-day tasks will include attending to guest requests, liasing with other resort staff, room service, driving buggies, maintaining cleanliness, assisting your other butler colleagues and more.

 Schedules and supervise staff to ensure prompt, friendly, and attentive service.

 Preferred qualifications and skills;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities,
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized services,
• Experience in luxury hospitality or customer service,
• English knowledge C1 level is required, especially Russian language B2 level,
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus,
• Flexibility to work long varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
