- University Degree from a reputable university in Engineering (mechanical or material engineering is preferable). An MBA or commercial degree will be considered a strong asset,
- Minimum 3 years of business development/sales experience in a similar position, preferably in the defense industry with mandatory international market exposure,
- Proven track record of managing and growing a sales portfolio,
- Familiarity with defense industry contracts and ability to negotiate contract packages,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- Availability for local/ international traveling,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue international business opportunities within the defense industry,
- Develop new business with Government and local/international customers,
- Manage and enhance export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, partners, and stakeholders,
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making,
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and reports tailored to international markets,
- Represent the company at international fairs, exhibitions, and corporate events to promote products and services,
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams (R&D, Planning, Finance, Legal, etc.) to improve projects,
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
