Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting and/or budgeting in multinational companies.
- Audit experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge in IFRS and General Accounting Principles (payables, receivables, fixed assets & general ledger) with governmental and tax regulations.
- P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and Budget knowledge is preferred.
- Professional knowledge of MS Office Programs.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines, strong attention to details, well-organized, team-player.
- Multi-task oriented and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description
- Preparation of regular financial data and forecasts to ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with company guidelines,
- Prepares monthly financial reports in accordance with the IFRS,
- Participation in annual budget and business plan preparation process as well as monthly projections,
- Participation in month-end closing and management reporting activities,
- Ensuring the control of the accounting records, making the necessary corrections,
- Taking part in the development of new methods and reports to make financial reports more effective,
- Identifying variations between actual and budgeted financial data at the end of each reporting period,
- Analyzing financial information so that all transactions are within budget,
- Providing various analysis requested by the management.
